He then tells her, "You are wearing red panties." She asks how does he know? He looks down at his patent leather shoes. He then asks another lady to dance. He says, "You are wearing blue panties." She asks how does he know this? He then looks down at his patent leather shoes. He then asks Clotilde to dance. He looks at his patent leather shoes about five times.
